It's funny b/c I'm 75% certain Cliffy B will hop back in the game.

That aside, it sounds like at its core it is a genuinely fun and addictive game, in terms of the gameplay mechanics.

Hopefully it doesnt become abandonware like Craftopia.

Craftopia didn't improve? I didn't check it outside of Gamepass, so I only know from earlier. Craftopia has potential, but it also has big flaws. If the dev isn't willing or able to address them, this is a bad thing and doesn't shine the best light on Palworld. I tried it today, but it crashed on me multiple times. Possibly networking problems, even though I played single player. Again, the basic crasfting concepts aren't that bad, but the game has it's flaws. Make use of the early access and actually improve the game!

This game is an absolute juggernaut, at this rate it will probably hit 5m sales in the first week or so as a PC/Xbox only, also on Gamepass, early access release.

Half of @trunkswd 's next week will just be Palworld updates. lol

Lmao.

Alongside it hitting 3+ million sold, it was the #1 best selling title in all 29 countries tracked by Steam.

Biggest Japanese game ever on Steam as well. 👀

Think it's time for Microsoft to send their ATG team to Palworld developers, Lmao.

So Xbox Store + Windows Store is roughly 300k CCU right now and Steam is 1m CCU.

Really shows how small gamepass is on PC relative to console. I mean some people like me with gamepass will buy it on steam cause it's the better version but still. Steam is just completely dominant. I think during the FTC stuff we learned the 25m subs was basically 20m on console, 5m on PC? But I can't find that again anywhere so maybe I'm remembering that wrong. But it seems like it will be hard for Xbox to grow their subs without growing their console sales unless they find a way to attract more people off-console.
