If it hasn't changed much, it shouldn't take that long to do!
Well since I was mentioned, I guess I'll join in. I have made it a habit to keep a running top-50 list anyway after all because this place has trained me to do so. 
I feel that this has been an outstanding year for the point-and-click genre and my updated list will reflect that, with three new entries in the genre making their way into my top 50, including one that will appear in the top 10.

I'm gonna have to recreate my list from scratch since all my posts from before the hack are unavailable for now, but I'll do it. There's a couple of new additions I'm considering. Just gotta decide where to put them and what they'll replace.
