Last try if anyone can get my #23:

#23: Pay a donkey carrots to get more corpses. A talking skull is your helper. Plant carrots, make wine, hammer nails, practice alchemy and create Zombies. The names for the DLC's for this indie game are puns on popular TV-shows like Breaking Bad, Stranger Things or Game of Thrones. At the beginning of the game your character dies, only to end up in another world with a job which is the games name.

#19 The second adventure of Ashley Mizuki Robbins. This time on Wii and again as the outing on the DS the new controls are used in puzzles. Which does for the Wiimote means pointer function, not so much waggling.

I should have figured this one out much earlier. 29 is Nier: Automata, and I think 27 is Tales of the Abyss.

Gibberish lore sounds like Kingdom Hearts but hellish combat doesn't fit, plus KH3 is boring so I can't see it being #17... so I'm gonna go with Devil May Cry 5.

No correct guesses for these yet, so here's another hint.

#20:

  • Following the events of the first game a civil war has broken out between the noble faction and those seeking to reform the empire.
  • Divine Knights play a significant role in the war.
  • Most of the main cast is a member of the Thors Military Academy's class VII.

#18

  • One of the main character's name is different in this game than in most of that character's later appearances.
  • Although it doesn't seem like it, you don't actually meet the game's main villain until fairly late in the game.
  • Every prior encounter with the villain is actually just a piece of another being masquerading as the villain.

21 is indeed an Asterix game, you're right in that regard. But can you know which one. This is actually extremely easy to guess, because you don't really have to think about it any further. (I'll give you the credit though if no-one else comes up with the exact thing)

#20: Well, if you say military academy, it must be Trails of Cold steel. I think you already had 1 and 3 on your list and the hint also points to 2, so that one.
