True, but that was and is always true for exclusives. Being it first-party games from Nintendo and Sony, or time-exclusive moneyhats, if you can't afford all relevant systems you are left out. If you don't want that, than you should argue against exclusivity, which would not be unreasonable.

That said, Microsoft is actually better than others in this regard, as their games aren't tied to only one system, they release on their console and PC.

I know a guy who has a Youtube channel who knows a guy who knows a guy that Apple is buying Microsoft and Nintendo and Disney and Pornhub and will merge them.

I actually support MS taking over any company now just because of their new gaming philosophy which is to get Game Pass in to as many hands as possible regardless of your preferred hardware or device. That's as inclusive as you can get when it comes to gaming. There are tons of Nintendo and Sony games I would love to play but that I will not because they choose a closed ecosystem to their hardware and with my limited time, having something like Game Pass is fantastic because I know I can play on my iPad or phone. Plus, I feel their streaming option will become better with time which is fantastic because I don't care about having a powerful gaming PC. I just want to play games in a simple laptop with no graphics card.

Sounds legit to me.

People criticized Xbox for years due to lack of exclusives... Or criticized them for only pumping out Halo, Gears, Forza.

Industry is consolidating, it's a natural progression of thing to come.

Nintendo and Sony will absolutely do some purchases as well.

The more 3rd party content MS 'buys away' the better 1st party content gets. More 1st party games, more 1st party game sales, more creativity, less CoD / Fortnite / GTA zombies on the eco system. So pls MS put all the multiplayer crap on gamepass, make playstation and nintendo great again! (my kids rather play Fortnite on the switch than zelda, wasted generation)

I rather sony buy pornhub. They have VR. 

I nearly puked when I read this. Then I thought about different tastes and different values, and how all opinions are good and should be encouraged, about how our tastes differ and how that is a good thing because it brings us so many different points of view and life is more than just brown and grey, right?

Then I puked. A lot. And then I ate a pack of nachos with cheese sauce.
