Any week where a system can sell over 400k is a good week. In Switch's case over 50% of those sales are from Asia. Obviously, Japan loves the Switch, but about 50k of those sales are coming from other Asian countries. Asia, in general, is going bananas for the Switch.

Switch at the top! That's what we like to see!

At this rate Switch in Japan is going to catch up to Switch in Europe.

So what are we gonna do in like 2-3 years when Switch 2 launches? Have it by itself for 3-4 years until PS6 and Xbox Series XX launches?

No.  The next XBox will be called XBox Series One.

We will cross that bridge when we get there. Right now there is no reason to keep the graphs on the front page so inaccurate now that all the consoles have released.

The initial plan was to keep the Switch off the front page until PS5 and Xbox Series launch but the site relented and added it to PS4/Xbox One page.

Generations are now meaningless.  Show consoles that are selling a not insignificant amount.  The only console that one could argue should really drop off right now is 3DS.

I disagree, Nintendo has not yet announced any 9th gen machine.
