Was your Devil May Cry V playthrough with the Vergil DLC? If it was, is it worth it?

I only tried the first five missions with Vergil so far, but he's awesome to play, and I definitely plan to replay the game with him soon.

Two things to keep in mind however, you can't get blue orbs via secret missions with him, and from what I've heard, any achievements/trophies related to beating the game on different difficulties don't count with him.

If you played Vergil in DMC3 or 4 then you already know what to expect gameplay wise.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Just fully completed Bowser's Fury. That was a lot of fun for what it was. I may be in the minority though, but I hope that new 3D Mario games are NOT like Bowser's Fury. As fun as I found it, it is nowhere near as enjoyable as Galaxy and 2, or Odyssey. Odyssey definitely has the greatest controls in a Mario game, I hope for Odyssey 2 (or Galaxy 3). But, as a bonus for an already phenomenal 3D World, it is well worth double dipping.

1doesnotsimply

Well, I finally managed to complete a game this year.

Finished Games:

  • Indivisible (PS4) (8/10) Indivisible is an audiovisually gorgeous game. The music and art style are both wonderful, and the story and characters are interesting and well-written. I think the only slight issue is the gameplay. The game combines 2D action platforming with RPG elements and turn-based combat. All the different gameplay elements are good, but none of them are really anything special. The battle system is fun, the platforming is fine, but neither is great.

Currently Playing:

  • Tales of Berseria (PS4)
  • Stardew Valley (PC)

Completed:
1- Hitman III (Switch)

Currently playing:
1- Doom Eternal (Switch)
2- Final Fantasy 7 (Switch)
3- Final Fantasy 7 Remake (PS4/5)
4- Jedi Fallen Order (PS5)
5- Crash Bandicoot 1 (Switch)
6- Spyro 1 (Switch)
7- Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4)
8- Ratchet & Clank (PS4)
9- Assassin's Creed 4 (Switch)
10- Super Mario 3D All Stars (65 stars in Super Mario 64, barely touched Sunshine, 2nd galaxy in Galaxy)
