Yeah, I've been checking them out and they are pretty solid. It was one thing I didnt like in sun/moon, most new mons had abysmal speed, but this gen they really balanced them well.

But Copperajah with only 30 base speed? :C

Sadly Copperajah is not the only slow boy. Coalossal is also 30 speed. Appletun is 30 speed. Grapploct is 42 speed. Hatterene is 29 speed. Cursola is 30 speed. Runerigus is 30 speed. Pinurchin is 15 speed.

But there are also a good many fast Pokemon and alot of medium speed Pokemon. 2 of the starters, Bolthund, Dragapult, Eiscue (with broken head), and Barraskewda are all fast, over 100 speed. Plenty more with speed over 70.

I do have a few complaints with the stats. I wish the 2 new bugs, Centiskorch and Frosmoth, were faster, only 65 speed, and Frosmoth needed higher stats in general, I don't like that it's BST is that much lower than Centiskorch. Would also have liked Toxitricity to be a bit faster, 75 speed is ok but not great. Was hoping for a higher BST for Cramorant and Corviknight, both are under 500 BST. Eldegoss is also a bit underwhelming at 460 BST.

Corviknight's overall stats are really undewhelming tbh, and its one of the coolests looking new pokemon. Doesnt do much to distinguish itself from Skarmory other than the HP/Def difference. I supposed they dont want to unbalance him since its typing alone makes it really good.

I'm actually pretty ok with low speed Pokemon.  I prefer Pokemon that are either very high speed or very low.  Since its an all or nothing stat, I'd rather just know that I'm going to go second, and plan accordingly.  Like, when I use Togekiss, my strategy is typically predicated on going second, but it's base speed is around 80, and it actually screws me up if they send out something even slower and I go first.

Serebii already published all the stats of the current gen in case anyone is interested.

No problem. It's mainly the names and typing of the starter evos that I had an issue with. I didn't actually read them, but I almost did. Already gotta stay off youtube for a few days to avoid spoilers. Don't make me self ban myself from vgchartz lol.

Use spoiler tags! I want to find out what my Poke'mon finish evolving into by playing the actual game, not getting it spoiled by me on a forum.

Stop it guys. Unlike every other developer, Game Freak devs actually work hard on their games so they're entitled to your money no matter the quality and value. They lied to us but it doesn't matter. You need to stop thinking and looking up information and just blindly buy the game. Save your judgments of it until after you've already given your money to Game Freak, that's only fair and logical.

I've always been concerned with quality over quantity. It's why I never uttered a word about pokemon missing. I was too focused on how poor the production quality of everything was to care. I'd take a pokemon game with 150 pokemon bought beautifully to life than the trash we're seeing. Gamefreak is obviously not the developer to bring them to life in anycase but thanks to the backlash they will probably prioritise quantity for the rest of the series.

Well, they implemented ZA WARUDO! power to ladders and made Steelix spin like a helicopter propeller.

If that is not good game development I don't know what is.

I know what isn't good game development, all them other Nintendo devs. They could learn a thing or two from Game Freak, like why bother delaying your game or pledging free updates when you could just half-ass it out in time for holidays and rake in your deserved money.

Nope, they said they'll never have all Pokemon in one game again. They only listen to money so the backlash will have no effect.
