What I want is a brand new DK game. Only considering buying this in case it helps us get one.

It wont. Its just a quick cash-in late in the gen. But you really want it, so you will buy it.

Well I'm out of ideas of how to encourage a new Donkey Kong game besides that or repeatedly asking Nintendo for one. They turn up their nose at everything not Mario, Zelda, Animal Crossing, Splatoon or Pokemon these days.

Its coming. Nintendo knows people want it. Its just a series that wont get a game thrown together just to have something. It needs a developer that cares about the IP.

Welp, usually by Nintendo ways of working, you'd need a director at Nintendo to actually champion the idea of a DK game to begin with before it can even materialize itself.

In the meantime, did you ever played the original DKC Returns on Wii or 3DS ? If not, it's definitely a must buy imo. A great game returning to the 2D DKC glory of yore but with a few hiccups and less inspired designs than Tropical Freeze.

The original Okami is currently on sale for $5 on the Switch eshop.  That is the lowest price ever.  I assume this is because of the announcement for a new Okami game being in production.

Pretty much it, every unofficial accessory manufacturers have been running with these leaked dimension details to make up their ready to be sold cover case for it.

Now, do we know of the look of the actual manufactured model ? Not really, but it's likely to be close to this at this point, I'm certain.

Now, on a personal note, I do think the slight difference with the additional button under the Home button and the one under the left shoulder don't make for the quite the visual difference with the previous model.

Hopefully they go with a significant color change, just like the OLED, to speficy that this is a new thing.

The Paper Mario E3 2010 trailer has been found in all its glory. There's a chance this could've been as good as Super Paper Mario, possibly even better than the original game. It appears we were robbed.

Meh, we've got to see a ChainChomp partner and a Taupe boss but aside from that, the enemies looked generic and the playfield didn't have much interesting things to it and lots of hammering blocks. The 3D feature is obviously used for "puzzles" and the sticker mechanic that everyone loves to complain about is litteraly a thing in the trailer too.

Seems to me much of the DNA of Sticker Star was already present in this trailer.
