Up to 7 physical Switch 2 games now: Cyberpunk, Mario Kart World, DK Bananza, Kirby Air Riders, Hades II, Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment, and Indiana Jones. Gonna grab Mouse PI for Hire and System Shock when their physical versions land as well, plus of course Starfox and Splatoon Raiders.

They might just "dump" 5 million of them to become having the best selling system.

New Yoshi trailer today

For the longest time Nintendo platforms weren't ones for RPGs and now in just 10 months S2 is already one of the best platforms for them.

Holy shit Indiana Jones is good.

Like, really good, potentially my new retroactive GOTY for 2024.

They absolutely nail the character of Indy and feeling of adventure from the 80s movies, and it's one of the few games I've played that makes both first person melee combat and environmental puzzles actually enjoyable.

Really glad I gave it go, absolute banger.

I got MP4 at Costco for 30 bucks on a sale a few weeks ago and I am pleasantly surprised by how good this game actually is. WOW, the press did a great disservice to gamers with all the exaggerated bad previews. The game indeed has some pacing issues, but this is far, far from a bad game.

Yeah the internet in general leaves no room for nuance, either praising things as amazing or shitting on them them as "omg worst game ever", so when a 7-8/10 game comes along that is good but not great, it tends to be shoved into the "garbage" pile, which is unfair and unfortunate as Prime 4 is still an enjoyable title on its own terms.

Some files sizes of upcoming games for those who buy digital:

Tales of Arise on Switch 2 will run you 55.8GB, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book will take up a substantial 20.6GB which makes it one of Nintendo's biggest games to date funnily, while Bubsy 4D will require relatively lightweight 2.6GB

Dang Bubsy’s small! I’m considering getting that for NS2– I feel like a platformer like this just fits better on a Nintendo platform.

I can’t wait to come back home from my Ireland ventures to Bubsy, Yoshi, Mina, AND Dusk (TP decomp’d). Ooh it’s gonna be so fun!
