You do realize the Affordable Care Act (what republicans call "obamacare"), created over 20 million jobs and made healthcare available to people that couldn't it right?

Not to mention Europe is MUCH bigger than America in terms of population so what do you expect?

And if you want to get technical about it, most of europe has either mandatory, or state funded heathcare (or a combination of both) and even with it's larger population is doing just fine with it. Whenever north americans talk about europe they seem to think it's this little tiny place with sparse population and that any politics perfectly successfull over here could never work in the U.S..

Europe is a much smaller gaming market than the U.S. though. So much untapped potential.

Its been clearly discontinued for a while now. No store in my area carries the games or the system for a good year. Store don't want it anymore, the hardware has no market in the USA anymore.  The only way to buy the system anymore is through select online retailers.

Just seems weird, given the total abscence of any kind of statement from Sony.

If you look at the last time sales were updated, it was the same, 1 console in Japan =P

Yeah thats the weirdest part.

I think maybe the 20k was supposed to be the US and the person typeing it in, hit the wrong field :p

US generally sells more nintendo consoles than europe does.

Yeah no, I wouldn't even be surprised if the actual sales were lower than in Japan. Nintendo really isn't popular at the moment in Europe.
