To be honest, every normal person says shit in private...

Do you equate a presidential candidacy with normalcy?

Shouldn't we hold the highest office in the land to a higher standard?

No, because you're turning the position into a figurehead job where they are supposed to do specific things in an specific way. Don't expect anything to change for the better or worse if you do think the president should be different.

Ahh lovely how everyone condemned this kind of talk, yet also have made sexist jokes in the past. Of all things Trump dud or said a leaked audio file of some macho talk eleven years ago should bring up the least fuzz, yet it is more harmful for his campaign than building and maintaining a wall between Mexico and US. As for Hillary how can you condemn Trump and no tour husband for being a pervert. I did not have a sexual relationship with this woman is only believable the first two times.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

I don't get it. It's wrong for a man to wanna fuck women now??

It is wrong if it's sexual assault--and that's what Trump was bragging about.

That depends on whether these women felt assaulted in the first place. I doubt most gold diggers  (the only women who allow such things in the first place) didn't feel very assaulted. Which is why he said he could do such things.

What he did was horrible, and he is even worse that he was bragging about it. But it's good that he shows remorse and its been over 10 years so people can change.

At least you're open with your belief that it isn't wrong to want to sexually assault women, nor to act upon those urges.  But I'm glad that I'm from a country that disagrees with your concept of consent only mattering if it isn't verified after the fact.

I sincerely doubt he would be apologizing if he didn't get caught.

Obviously. I'm a 100% positive he's had conversations like that before, he just got this time so he's "sorry".  When you make comments like that it's not just a one time thing.

I also doubt it but that doesn't mean he didn't regret it inside.

So what? How's this any worse than what Bill Clinton ACTUALLY did with women both prior to and during his term in office? I seem to remember him having record approval ratings during the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, and none of the numerous scandals that came out during his initial run for office stopped him from locking up the Democratic nomination or hurt him with voters later on during the general election.

But that was all A-OK because Clinton is a Democrat. Trump's biggest problem is he ran on the wrong ticket... if he was the Dem nominee for president and he said and did the same stuff he does, but only geared towards Republicans, the media would literally be carrying him to election day.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
