There are so many good ones I am sure I can find, but I will go with this one

Such a classic one. It makes me feel sad, but still cheeful enough to keep me going.

It's like the game is telling me "Oh, you lost. But don't worry, you can do it! Get back up! : D"

I'd have to agree with you on Determination from Undertale, although a close second would be the one from the original Zelda/A Link Between Worlds
