the only goosebump moment i remember off the top of my head, is seeing the n64 logo being creepily deformed in the perfect dark title screen for the first time.

1) Everything pretty much that happens in Xenogears, especially the events happening before the second disc and ending.

2) FF7 - invasion of midgar parachuting out of the highwind/opening/ the events leading up to the death of you know who.

3) FF9 The whole Terra set piece in the game, god that was beautiful.

4) Chrono Cross - The soundtrack at the end, the amount of emotion it invokes is incredible. I read a story about how one of the creators of CC played through the game with Mitsuda, then the ending credits theme came up and he sobbed almost uncontrollably.

Oh how could I forget the Suicide Mission.

I didn't realize how unprepared I was for the final assault.

So many moments on my last post, and I forgot one.

This song playing after you finish a mission, watching as you got Silent Assassin rating. Not only it gives you goosebumps, it sends chills all over your body.

1. Mars Matrix (DC) - When I finally beat the game on the default settings. I had practiced almost every day for about 10 months before I finally pulled it off. I was on my last life too. My entire body was all tingly when it happened.
2. Super Metroid (SNES) - There was that one special moment during the Mother Brain battle that took me by surprise and totally floored me. This is the only goosebump moment I can think of that isn't related to music or overcoming a difficult challenge.
3. Rock Band (360) - Beating Green Grass and High Tides on Expert guitar. This song tortured me, but I eventually got my revenge.
4. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) - The first time I heard the music during the ending sequence I got goosebumps.
5. Mega Man 9 (Wii) - The first time I selected a stage and heard that classic "Game Start" music I got a huge nostalgia rush accompanied with goosebumps.

HOLY CRAP THAT SCENE IS JUST AHHHHH. Especially with the badass music. The cutscene is called River Crossing in case you were curious.
