I sitll have some fond memories of the early 80's or maybe it was even made in late 70's spiderman movie. It seems to be one of the characters they have never really been able to get right in movies.

Superhero movies rarely get anything right, but since they make money people assume they're good.

Guardians of the Galaxy is probably the best superhero movie because there wasn't much expectation, its fun, and pretty well paced. It wasn't something I felt like picking apart.
