The last month the Sony fanbase endured quite a lot, they found out the guys at Santa Monica had nothing better to do than make a remake of GOW 3. The guys at ND needed more time for their masterpiece and Insomniac's reboot of R&C is also delayed. We all know Sony doesn't make to much surprise announcements like MS with Forza Horizon 2 so we don't have to expect that E3 either.

My question is why does Sony even have a conference to announce titles for the holiday season 2016, since we get Uncharted 4 and Ratchet and Clank in the first half year of 2016, we shouldn't expect to much more in that time frame. I think this is going to be the most boring Sony conference since 2000 (and man Sony did have many boring conferences, although those at least they had games). The only thing Sony could do is either do that marvelous surpise announcement for the holidays and pray that that game along with tearaway and that horror flick is enough to make it through the holidays and even win them with a pricecut.

What do you think Sony is going to do at E3? I think a pricecut and announcing very few 1st party games and complete focus on third party dlc and BS. But mainly stupid business results and project morpheus. I hope I am wrong but it seems Sony has found it's arrogance of the PS3 back and thinks the PS4 will survive without any meaningfull hardware again during a very competing holiday with MS.  Oh and Vita remains dead of course.

I guarantee they'll have something first party for holiday 2015. Possibly something unannounced like Sly 5. I would not count them out yet. I just hope games like Persona 5 don't get delayed for NA.

It's ludicrous to assume all of Sony's first party developers have been sitting on their asses for almost four years. The PS4 is the market leader and those developers don't have to make their work public as soon as it is in the alpha stage because they are in a position that enables them to do so.

Yes but it would make a crappy conference, nobody is going to discus the 3rd party announcement when we talk about who won E3. They are sure important but it doesn't matter imuch if those are given at Sony, MS, Ubisoft or the EA presentation.

One of the best platform games from Sony, and Sanzaru did an amazing job with thieves in time, imo. 

Lol, I'm a very patient person. I don't really care how long it takes for them to release games. I barely have time anyway. I buy consoles for the whole generation not just what's released now are within the next year.

Sony are arrogant, and MS is completely outplaying them. I imagine Phil Spencer is rubbing his hands together and laughing maniacally at the utter annihilation that is set to befall PS4 this holiday.

There are going to show up to hype games they have the marketing rights for i guess...
