I pirated Wii, PS2, NDS and PSP. But at least half of the games I had for them were originals.

i bought pirated PC games before. and I have a pirated Wii. and I've also used emulators for SNES, GBA, NES, PS1 games.

I've bought a Wii U and bought original Wii games. would continue to buy original Wii games to support the original.

For MP3s - i have a lot of mp3s before from mIRC days. :)
lately i have bought the original copy. especially for Wii U, Wii, PS3 and PS4.

I still play Street Fighter Ex Plus on PS1 emulator as Sony couldn't get the proper license to release it as a PSN classic due to Capcom and Arika publisher/developer rights.

I don't pirate games, I pirate any TV Show/Movie that ISNT on Netflix.

Music I'd rather not talk about.. (I do make it up to them in my own way)

Software I do pirate such as my editing software and I'm currently learning Japanese on a pirated Rosetta Stone,

All my PS1 and PS2 games were pirated copies because very few stores even sold original copies here. I remember going to an official store and asking for a game. My mind blew up when he told me that it costed 60$. With 60$ I could buy more than 30 games.

i did for most of my ps2 games, as it's almost impossible to buy original games in my country,, and i was a kid and no one have ever taught me what is "copyright"
however, as i have moved to other country now, i m not doing it anymore. as my bro works in software developing, i know how hard is the development of a software. if i dont have enough money to buy it now, i will just save money and buy it later.

I'll pirate a game every once in a while to try it out. Very rarely do I ever finish a pirated game.

In recent years, Steam has actually deterred me from pirating because it's such a hassle in comparison. I'd rather wait to buy a game through a Steam sale, rather than pirate a game and have it not work, only to spend a ton of time searching for a crack. It's just not worth it.
