i bought pirated PC games before. and I have a pirated Wii. and I've also used emulators for SNES, GBA, NES, PS1 games.
I've bought a Wii U and bought original Wii games. would continue to buy original Wii games to support the original.
For MP3s - i have a lot of mp3s before from mIRC days. :)
lately i have bought the original copy. especially for Wii U, Wii, PS3 and PS4.
I still play Street Fighter Ex Plus on PS1 emulator as Sony couldn't get the proper license to release it as a PSN classic due to Capcom and Arika publisher/developer rights.
