I personally think it looks like its own thing.

I see no problem with either of those things. Nintendo giving up the reigns with their IPs will mean they're ok with newer experiences in those worlds. No reason this couldn't be a new IP though.

just to be clear, i didnt said those things, its the people at gematsu that said that.

in my opinion it looks like its own thing, which could be either really awesome or... welll not so awesome.
