Agreed.

Getting the games now, rather than what it was before (never getting them at all) is terrible news for any XBox One owner.

Personally I don't care about indies, but I will play them if they are good though (2 per year maybe). Now can you name 1 indie that was actually good that skipped XB1 becuase of the parity clause?

PS I doubt you find one becuase MSFT would let the good games through the clause.

Transistor.

so indie games matter right? :p

Parity clause? What parity clause? Microsoft has no parity clause. They're not that mean company that treats other companies unfairly. Besides, aren't indie and games and indie developers overrated anyway? I call this article BOGUS!

/sarcasm

I just read an interview and they never mentioned anything about not coming to xbox one becuase of the parity clause. They just have a relationship with sony, xbox one has a few of those type of indies as well. Judging by history the devs that complained about the parity clause never even contacted MSFT. Chris Charla blasted some dev recently.

I'm not going to even bother to begin checking indie game lists and what platforms they were on and why. Point is that it was a dumb policy and getting rid of it can only benefit the XBox One owners.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

I will count this as a win for ps4 owners, definitely not a win for indie fans on XB1. Simple business sense tells me to release my product first on the console with the widest audience. XB1 indie fans have fun being second fiddle.

The Swapper and Towerfall Ascension. The Swapper even made it to the WiiU. Now that's saying something.
