Getting the games now, rather than what it was before (never getting them at all) is terrible news for any XBox One owner.

Personally I don't care about indies, but I will play them if they are good though (2 per year maybe). Now can you name 1 indie that was actually good that skipped XB1 becuase of the parity clause? 

PS I doubt you find one becuase MSFT would let the good games through the clause.

The Swapper and Towerfall Ascension. The Swapper even made it to the WiiU. Now that's saying something.
