Yeah it is. They picked up the publishing rights after THQ went out of business.

Yes there are. They still make the best games in the industry: Super Smash Bros. Wii U (92%), Bayonetta 2 (91%, wouldn't exist without Nintendo funding it) and Mario Kart 8 (88%). Plus the underrated gem: DKC: TF (only 83% for some reason ;()
Scores are from metacritic of course.
I swear, it's as if some people don't care about the games, but everything else...
