Does anyone remember the rise of taxes here? Since then, every single platform has been down, it affected so hard the Japanese market.

If I'm correct, even PS4 had a bad time matching Wii U numbers, I mean, it must have had. Some weeks it sold less than 10K, others about 15K.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

In Japan Wii U is selling all year worst than last (not to much), on all other territories Wii U is sealing about 50% better.

Absolutely, thoufh the chance of that happenning is pretty 0% in my eyes. I can easily see PS4 overtake Wii-U in Japan next year, especially if Wii-U's sales keep declining.

Overall Nintendo is profitable, so the hard part is over. Also I am sure that there is some reduced Wii U sales due to the fact that they did make a Smash game for the 3DS. It makes sense that fewer people there would go out and buy a Wii U when they already got Smash on their 3DS.
