he isnt too credible, plays games.  he vanished when the MCV numbers came out.  he originally said it was a tie.


In his opinion a difference of few units is considered a tie. I don't think he meant that they sold exactly the same number down to the 2 digits. MCV don't consider it a tie. I don't think this discredits him.

Again would refer to the One doing it once more. You know, like how the PS4 outsells the One WW again and again? So, so far, the One has been outselling the PS4 in the UK again and again, or it outsold it again.

Yep, MCV claimed XB1 had outsold PS4 for 3 weeks, before the 2 weeks we are now talking about. Doesn't mean it outsold it last week. In any case, this is all a bit meaningless since both were very close in both weeks.

Are you talking about the UK software thread? I was under the impression people were saying that in reference to the PS4 version of the majority of multi-plats on the list beating the X1 version. Wasn't particularly surprising, but the word still fits that context (considering how loosely everyone uses the word anyway).

They certainly wouldn't have been saying it in reference to hardware. There were no hardware figures in the thread to comment on... ^^;
