A good Sonic game
A good Marvel Vs. Capcom game
PS Vita memory stick price reduction.
Exclusive Monster Hunter on PSVita
Tekken 7 coming to PS Vita
GTAV on PS Vita
Sega announces a new HD console
Megaman Powered Up comes to PS Vita

... I can't think of any others that would really make me excited...

Would SEGA have enough money to develop an HD console at this point? The Total War games can't give them that much money...

Hence the -shock- value of such an announcement.  We're not going to see another Marvel Vs. Capcom game either.  Good or bad.

A $300 Dreamcast 2 add-on for the Xbox One that will be only able to play original Dreamcast discs, if you manage to buy them from ebay.

Microsoft announces exit from hardware after current generation ends.

Sony announces ps4 price cut to $299 effective immediately, while also announcing the discontinuation of the PS Vita platform in Europe and north America.

Half Life 3 releasing on Wii U would be shocking enough, it being exclusive and Wii U turning into a steambox would cause an unimaginable online riot. I'd love to see that.

Wii U can't exist without a gamepad, the OS interface and interface of many games depends on its existence, whether it be for the second screen or the touch screen. It would be like making a Wiimote-less Wii, or a one screen DS. Every single game would have to be remade to some extent, it is not like Xbox One where games did not interact with the Kinect interface at all, every single Wii U game does interact with the Gamepad interface. it makes no sense.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Half Life U.

There are many things that could surprise me, but only one that would shock me: Nintendo announcing that they will stop making their own hardware and that they will become a software only company by 2016.
