That is true. Their new philosophy of making money from everywhere is really going to pay off long term. They just wish their cell phone division paid as well as the money they get from android devices.

Wrong, they couldn't have stopped it even if they wanted to. Mohang already had a legal binding deal with Sony to put the game on the system. So no, they couldn't have stopped it unless they wanted to face a legal battle over breach of contract.

Think about it, notice it's not on the Wii U? If MS was as generous about it as you seem to think they'd put it on the Wii U as well. But they won't. Why? Because unlike Sony with their systems, Nintendo never made a deal BEFORE MS bought Mohang.

How you give Microsoft credit for an action that was legally in place before they purchased the company is beyond me
