Than the system shouldn't support 3 control schemes. If they don't want to put in the effort.

What makes you think every game should support every control method?  Consoles should support multiple control methods so that the developer can chose the one that is right for their particular game.

We are certainly not going to see the Balance Board as a control method for Zelda, and I am 100% ok with that.

The balance board isn't a controller. It's an accessory. And why shouldn't all games. Bare minimum should always be pro and gamepad.

Why shouldn't all games?  Because not everything is neccesary for a well designed game.  Art Style: Orbient is one of the best games on WiiWare, and it only used two buttons.  No analog stick, no motion control, no IR pointer.  Just the A button and the B button.

The Wii had tons of control options.  Play it like an NES controller, Remote + Nunchuck, classic controller, Balance board, nearly all motion like when using the Wheel, nearly all IR pointer like when using the Zapper.   Not all games gave you all options, nor should they.

If the Pro is an acceptable sustitute for the Gamepad in the next Zelda, then the Gamepad will have been under-utilized.

HELL YES!!! Lot of love for the gamepad, and anyone who played Windwaker should already know. That ish was EPIC!!!

Gamepad. I rather enjoyed WW with it.

Funny, I have Windwaker but I've only had the time to beat the first 2 dungeons (I never played the original Windwaker past the first dungeon) so you'd think I'd be really big on the Gamepad thing. Maybe it's partly because I haven't gone too far into the game yet, and maybe it's partly because I enjoyed Skyward Sword so much.

Gamepad cause i dont have a pro controller.

I am good without any gyro features and the sort.

I'd like them to use the Wiimote style controls, unless they think of a genuinely good way to use the gamepad.
