Forums - Gaming - Your favourite location in a video game

Fallouts capital wasteland, the world in heart of darknes and the himalayas in uncharted 2. Would argye that there is far too few european settings in games so im really looking forward to paris in ac unity. The italian rennesaince never really did it for me somehow.

The office above the dance floor in Heavy Rain.

Ok, I'll choose one. Of all the locations, Aesir Corporation is my favorite.

I dunno what it is.

The village from Resident Evil 4. Creepy doesn't even begin to describe the atmosphere.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

this is certainly a hard one. but ill post my favorites.

Red Dead Redemption's Macfarlane Ranch. to me, this is considered one of my gaming "save zones". it always felt like a home to me, actually in one playthrough of RDR i refused to kill anybody while at the ranch during free roaming as i considered it my place to protect lol.

Another Red Dead location, Tall Trees. this forest was just so.... magical... atleast to me, the hunter, the atmosphere, the wild life, the music, the night cycle, the random events. it was just all perfect. love this location to death.

The first level of Mario 64, the true start to a magical, wonderful jounrey.

The Last of Us Winter level. this was the most intense level of gaming in my life. i was literally on the edge of my seat for two hours during this part of the game, and after i was done with it i just turned of my PS3 because it was nerve wracking. its literally the best part of a game i ever played.

God of War 1-3. the atmosphere, art style and universe in these games were mind blowing. it was just a different, interesting, unforgiving and amazing world, which honestly all feel connected, so i cant just chose one.

Pitfall The Lost expidition world

this games world is just magificent! its a mysterius, wacky, amazing place to discover that feels alive.

You really love RDR, don't you? You're making me want to play it, but I still won't play it, it's too American for me.

Agree with the God Of War trilogy, though I'll extend it to the other three games as well.

Mexico, Red Dead Redemption.
or Halo rings.

Only one person has referenced Xenoblade. And I see nothing for Okami.

That's a big letdown VGC.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Couldn't decide between Phendrana Drifts and Ryoshima Coast.

Pretty much the entirety of Xenoblade at night was pretty breathtaking...
