Only real problem I had with GoW:A was that it had a feeling of repetitiveness in that overall sense of it all and just in the level to level gameplay. Which, to be fair, is normally true for any GoW game as there's only so many ways to skin a cat. The level to level issues are pretty standard and not something that I really had a gripe with as it was still fun, but the overall sense of the game somewhat felt pointless and that's really what ended up jading my opinion. |
Story was its weakest aspect to be sure and I'm ready for a new protagonist and set of gods but keep all the themes of God of War (such as with Demon's and Dark Souls). Just have another guy get betrayed by the gods of Norse mythology in a different way and then they go to hunt all of them down in a different way.
