And to the RE4 for me that is the beggining of the fall. The greatest survival horror is the original RE. In gameplay it evolved in 2 and 3 but nothing is above 1 in survival horror perhaps maybe when you heard nemesis theme on 3.

i think it depends which one you played first, i played two first (my favourite), i think you get used of the jumps scares after you first resident evil, to this day the licker jumping through the mirror ill never forget, but resident evil one is still the og resident evil, and i own four verisons of it, 1 , directors cut, ds version and the masterful remake, which is the best version, stupid crismon heads

Well when I was like 12 playing for the first time and getting my foot grabbed in the first room made me jump, dogs in the corridor too. Then I started looking at blood in the corpse and presence or not of music.

Good times... if you are up to a scare and want to jump alot play Alien 3 for Genesis (if you don't mind retro and emulators). That always got you when you were less worried.

I think it's silly to argue if it's the best game of all time, as that is indeed debatable because of peoples tastes. I thought it was amazing, it's in my top 10 with games like Fallout 3 etc...

Whats important to focus on is the rest of the poorly written article. It's guilty of dismal sales according to the article... it's just click bait. What they should have said was even such an amazing game re-release was unable to prevent game sales closing down lower than last year... BUT TLOU has sold very well, and it won't take it long to get to 1 million sales, if its not already close to it.

But this was to be expected because we are in a transitional year, we're not getting lots of the big games to prevent game sales being down. As they said September and GTAV's release last year was massive and with no game like that this year, what are analysts going to do then - say destiny is dismal because it only sold 4m in a week or something.

Overall as it's a transitional year, we have to wait till 2015 to start seeing sales increase significantly - as and when the number of consoles is high enough and the number of big titles come out to push the industry forward.

I guess also that as many are going digital, again the sales figures are not necessarily as accurate as they should be.

I really should become an analyst because many of them are just rubbish...lol.

I read the title and I thought that Super Metroid must have been released in July 1994
