On a side note. 3rd parties generally dont support portables least not western ones. Thats not their forte and if they do its some watered down port of their console offerings which you wouldnt buy anyone cause...its a watered down port.

You bring up a flaw of a product, and the only possible conclusion is that the product isn't for you. It can never be that the product needs to improve. No one is allowed to criticize anymore, apparently.

1. i think you are underestimating the appeal of this game to the phone users im sure there is some overlap between Deus Ex fans and phones i mean a LOT of people have phones dotn you think soem of them are fans of the series. Better yet dont you think out of the 2mil+ fans most of them have a phone? I would think so
2. Even if that percentage was true. and lets say it is that small percentage is STILL as big or BIGGER than the 3ds install base. We are talking IOS and Droid. Im not even going to do the math on how much that is but im pretty sure we all know its huge.

Everyone's opinion is different, but my list is based off games I've personally played and completed, games that I can tell you that I've enjoyed. Your list is full of games that you haven't touched, a couple that haven't even been released yet. Not everyone has the same opinion on games and you may think many of the games you've listed, despite their good scores, aren't games you would have enjoyed. I mentioned not listing Grand Theft Auto Liberty City and Vice City Stories because they're games I've completed but not really good games imo.
Not that it matters, it's your opinion. You think the 3DS has a better library. I think the PSP does.

You are allowed to criticize, but don't expect a positive response because you are not entitled to a better product.
The problem is that people who complain very often are not the most liked people on this planet. Especially if it isn't constructive.
You know what the opposite of constructive criticism is called? Whining.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I own a PSP and have for many years. Ive also have had a 3DS since launch. Going by scores and sales, the 3DS has more, better and wider appealing games. Its not even close.
You think the PSP has a better game library? Thats fine, but dont try to justify it by saying that I dont know what Im talking about...
Some people need a new game every week, I don't so I'm extremely satisfied with my 3DS.
I'm also extremely satisfied with the GBA SP I bought in 2011, some 5-6 years after the releases stopped. Consoles are useless BEFORE they have games worth playing, not after those games have already been released.

I never said the Wii U would be better than the 3DS - instead I used the word "favorite". |
3DS 2013 also had Luigi's Mansion, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Castlevania: LOS, Professor Layton, and Bravely Default. That's 10 huge games, not counting DKCR: 3D. The Wii U has Xenoblade, Zelda, Splatoon, Kirby eshopware, Yarn Yoshi, and maybe Starfox. That's 6 games, one that probably won't be out by next year as it's literally not even built yet, one that doesn't deserve to be on the same "major release" list as Zelda and Xenoblade, and one that is barely a major release for a home console, but hey, we'll count it anyway. To me, that's 4 huge games. Xenoblade, Zelda, Splatoon, and Yarn Yoshi. The Wii U this year has more. DKC:TF, MK8, HW, Bayo2, and Smash 4.
I don't get how you can look at the 3DS's 2013, and then get the same feelings from the Wii U's 2015.

I bought Mario Kart 7. that was my only game for two monthns not counting VC version of Mario Land 2. That was the first MK game i bought since DD. Didnt care for DS and especially didnt like the Wii one. SO i played it a lot. Eventually i got. KH 3d. Donkey Country Returns 3d, Luguis Mansion 2, Legend of Zelda ALBW, Mario 3d Land. Also got one or two more VC games and Gunman Clive. Thats six full retail games in about two years. Now thats not alot but im satisfied because my portable systems have always been a compliment to my home systems. I have to wonder why you ARENT satisfied. I dont use my portables enough to where i need to have a library as large as my home console collection. I only use them when im out unless its a game im really into. Hell i havent beaten DKCR3d, just got Zelda like 2 months ago. and i still havent beaten LM2 or Gunman Clive. There is a sequel coming to the latter and ill most likely get the 3ds verison of Smash. I will be occupied before they come out. How much time do some of you have that you need to have like 20+ games for a portable system? |
I play portable consoles like I play home consoles. There's no difference to me.

1. I think that out of all 2m fans, only a small fraction of them will ever buy the phone game, and I think even less randoms will.
2. I'd argue that that small percentage is not bigger. Most ios and android games to do well enough to make a profit, regardless of the massive install base.
