Not with what they showed at E3. Zelda and Xenoblade. And a bunch of smaller games. That's it. The 3DS had like six games in 2013 that reached that tier. I just don't see how people can look at the Wii U's 2015 with optimism. I mean a new Zelda will be out, and we'll finally get Xenoblade late, but that's it.

Yeah it was. Here's a list, and unlike some lists, these are all games that I own and have played to completion. It includes a few remakes, but I didn't include any ports in the list(well two are ports from Japan only PC titles so I would say doesn't count.) I also didn't include any games I haven't played whether I own them or not, or games that are really popular that I'm not much of a fan. A couple examples of games I don't like much would be Grand Theft Auto Liberty City and Vice City. So yeah, imo, someone who owns both the 3DS and the PSP, the PSP has had more quality releases within its first three years than the 3DS has. The PSP got a lot of flack for having ports when it launched, but it had a lot of good exclusives. |

Well I've only had a 3DS for a little over a year, so I don't even own 20 retail titles lol. I could name good games, but I'd be lying if I said I played all of them, haven't have the time to build that library yet, especially since I buy everything digitally.

The pool is absolutely bigger, but 99.99% of that installed base will go their entire lives never even see a screenshot of any deus ex game, let alone buy that one. The audience is more casual than the Wii audience.
I'll explain why i am satisfied with both 3ds and Vita. Actually ill just stick to 3ds. I got one like 2 months before KH 3d came out. I bought Mario Kart 7. that was my only game for two monthns not counting VC version of Mario Land 2. That was the first MK game i bought since DD. Didnt care for DS and especially didnt like the Wii one. SO i played it a lot. Eventually i got. KH 3d. Donkey Country Returns 3d, Luguis Mansion 2, Legend of Zelda ALBW, Mario 3d Land. Also got one or two more VC games and Gunman Clive.
Thats six full retail games in about two years. Now thats not alot but im satisfied because my portable systems have always been a compliment to my home systems. I have to wonder why you ARENT satisfied. I dont use my portables enough to where i need to have a library as large as my home console collection. I only use them when im out unless its a game im really into. Hell i havent beaten DKCR3d, just got Zelda like 2 months ago. and i still havent beaten LM2 or Gunman Clive. There is a sequel coming to the latter and ill most likely get the 3ds verison of Smash. I will be occupied before they come out.
How much time do some of you have that you need to have like 20+ games for a portable system?
After playing it solidly for a 2 year period (February 2012-February 2014) i have now gone 5 months without even switching it on.
The lack of games at retail, and the p*ss poor recent releases on the e-Shop have killed it for me.
After Smash Bros i think i'll cut my losses and sell it.

I love my PSP, but it did not have a better game library than the 3DS did at the same point in its life.
