You bring up a flaw of a product, and the only possible conclusion is that the product isn't for you. It can never be that the product needs to improve. No one is allowed to criticize anymore, apparently.

You are allowed to criticize, but don't expect a positive response because you are not entitled to a better product.

The problem is that people who complain very often are not the most liked people on this planet. Especially if it isn't constructive.
