Last week we had some big surprises: Big Wii dropoff - especially in America - and PS3 selling in America more than X360. Will this week everything back to normal? Or will this week show another anomalies in sales. Let us discuss our expectations for the numbers and the numbers themselves as they come in. I personally think, Wii sales will get bigger a little better, but not the same as before (as I think it get stockpiled for the Smash-release). Interesting how the PS3 in America will go. I'm not sure it's a trend or an off-week. So I'm very interested how PS3 vs. XBOX360 will be this week. Update: I post the actual numbers here, to see them on the top of the thread.
| System | Japan | America | Others | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wii | n/a | 209,561 | 84,567 | 294,128 |
| DS | n/a | 116,674 | 150,304 | 266,978 |
| PS3 | n/a | 94,106 | 69,575 | 163,681 |
| X360 | n/a | 87,569 | 44,040 | 131,609 |
| PSP | n/a | 55,881 | 44,701 | 100,582 |

And your numbers may be good, we will see which boost the PS3 gets from the death of HD-DVD.
