he understand. he is just unable to admit that there is a flaw with an xbox product. Phil Spencer can tell him its a mistake and they are realising a new remote with everything included for the same price and he will still argue with that.

You don't need to be the top dog to have a good business. Microsoft just needs to adapt to the market. Concentrate on the US, as nobody in europe or japan seems to want to have an X1. More of this psp foolishness.  PSP was their first handheld, highest selling non ninty one ever.  While X1 is MS 3rd console and it mannged to piss away every single market share the 360 fought and won last gen, a slight difference betwen them two.

MS gets into things to be top dog, they arent ones to settle happily into anything but 1st.  They dint become MS by being happy and content in 2nd.  


Please source your opinion that you state as a fact. Where has MS said their goal was to be first this gen? Also, why does this not apply to SONY and Nintendo?

Also, its been 6months how can you say that they lost all of their marketshare.  Didn't the PS3 lose all its momentum from the PS2 before recovering? Why can MS do the same thing?

did you completly forget all the anouncedments when they where saying that they where in it to win it. them phil spencer even on e3 was saying that they want to show the world they are the best platform for games. but i do get your point xbox fans just listen to what they want to hear so you are excused.

Winning for who?? For shareholders? For gamers? Right now both consoles have great games and I would argue the X1 has the better exclusives. Also in terms of profit the Xbox division has been more profitable for the past couple of years.

Also, MS wanting to take the console to the next level of maximizing money pocketing is more like it.  MS went back the "status quo" because that's what the gamers wanted.  They voiced themselves and at the thought of losing sales, they had no choice but to go the "status quo".

And noone says that the PS4 lead will save Sony.  The playstation division is one of Sony's most successful division.  Uhmm.. yea.  And Sony's phenomenal launch is already trailing behind the Wii back in 2007.  So I wonder where that puts the X1?

So its still profitable. MS is one of the biggest companies and each of their divions are all hugely succesful. Being the least profitable is better than making no money at all like the Playstation divison.

It does matter when the Playstation division didn't profit last year and Sony is trimming the fat. The Xbox division proffited. Most of the shareholders don't care if theyre outselling the competition when they continue to lose money.
