If it is a good game I will buy it eventually, but this is too little too late for the market as a whole. The only chance this game has is to release at a discounted price and with extra content. We know the other versions will already be marked down significantly by the time this game comes out.

Even then the game is still probably screwed. There is just no substitute for being on time.

  • Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: 4 months
  • Assassin's Creed Revelations: 2 weeks
  • Assassin's Creed 3: 3 weeks

  • Assassin's Creed Liberation HD: no delay... hooray!
  • several DLCs: a few weeks

And Ubisofts annual excuses are totally irrelevant, in most cases it is sugarcoated PR BS.

Wow so many years of "disgusting, inexcusable and financially totally stupid decisions" of Ubisoft and they're still around. And AC is still their biggest franchise and looking at physical sales the game even seems to be performing quite well on PC. How is all that possible?

Given the Wii U version is delayed, I anticipate a port that either looks and/or performs better than the 7th gen versions.

Now I'm curious to see if DLC actually makes it to the Wii U version.

Horrible try. those games weren't delayed because of resources taken away from them. and none of the pc versions sold incredibly.
