Well my first bit of proof will be in the form of The Caped Crusader.
Followed by a distinct lack of Batman: Arkham Knight which is completely avoiding the Wii U. Now this means one of two things - Either the Batman games on Wii U havent been successful or the Wii U isnt powerful enough to handle the game. There is one more elephant in the room though: The lack of PS3 and 360 versions of the game. Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Origins all sold really well on PS360 (theyre all multi-million sellers), so the only real reason would be that the systems cant handle the title. The same would then also apply for Wii U.

1.Much of your walltext shows good proportions for wii u titles, especially the first example of batman AO. it's a game that decreased 50% over it's predecessor on the other consoles but is tracking ahead of arkham city on wii u even with advertising excluding the existence of the wii u version. it already sold enough to profit and got 5% of AO total console versions, with a 26x smaller installed base.
2.games from EA mean nothing.
3. you exclude titles that did well.
4. and most importantly, you aren't even adressing the topic's subject, wich is FF 15 and KH3 making more sense on wii u.

You're right Zero. 3rd parties are just stupid. They hate Nintendo and want them to suffer. They're a bunch of meanie-heads. It's too bad they're not satisfied with 100k sales at bargain bin prices. That could surely cover the cost of development right! Poor old Nintendo, he just can't catch a break. |
square cared about a few hundred thousand on the 80m installed base on x360, and much less than that with thief and tomb raider on Xone. why wouldn't they care about far more on Wii U?
by the way, it was a horrible try to distorte and downplay actual wii u software sales.

People who are comparing Kh with batman have no clue about markets.
It's like comparing cod to just dance.

Because they don't get "far more" on WiiU. Have you even looked at sales for 3rd party games on WiiU? by the way, it was a horrible try to distorte and downplay actual wii u software sales. Yeah sure it was. You replied to every argument here with "don't bother" or "we both know it's not true". You don't care about facts or numbers. I don't understand why you're even on a sales site. |
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

In the same "logic", KH was never on xbox and will be 10 years since it was on a sony home console. 4 KH are on nintendo platforms and sold very well there, period. the games would run very well on wii u and would profit a lot. |
in other words, just because there is an audience for KH on nintendo's handhelds, doesn't mean the Numbered KH (which are only on consoles) would go to the Wii U because of it.
In regards to the Wii U vs XboxOne, the only factors for a port would be those that a normal port has, price of port vs expected returns

Given Final Fantasy XV's cinematic aspect, I honestly think it would perform better on Xbox One than Wii U sales-wise (not to mention the level of downgrading needed to get Final Fantasy XV to run on the Wii U, if that's even possible for their vision). But there's definitely an argument for Kingdom Hearts III (aside from their shaders that might not be as easily doable on Wii U, I dunno) . Kingdom Hearts has been on Nintendo and Playstation platforms quite equally, even if the major titles ownly appeared on PS, so I think that makes sense, but Xbox has never seen KH even once, not even the HD collections, so it's a little strange. So yeah Kingdom Hearts III makes more sense on Wii U than Xbox One for the most part, but I don't think that's the case with Final Fantasy XV.
Either way, both franchises are very closely tied to Playstation consoles, so if anyone is a fan of them like myself, then they'd likely be getting a PS4 anyway.

Overall, yes, but in the JRPG market, and in Japan, where FF gets a good portion of its sales, it might go the Wii U's way.
