Something about buying late ports inferior to the PC version that is available at a lower price I think.
Combined: TR:DE will outsell every Wii U 3rd party | |||

That's the type of attitude I was talking about the other day regarding elitism some Nintendo fans show. What does that even mean "it says a lot about the user base"? |
It was a complement!

Well they would have ported it to PS4 / XB1 earlier, but I don't think it would have sold well without a console to play it on. :-/
Seriously though, it's clear that they've put time and effort into creating the definitive version which takes full advantage of the next-gen hardware. It's not even a year old yet, they have every right to charge full price. Not sure where you were trying to go with that post.

Of course the Definitive version will outsell 700k combined O.o |
Maybe I'm underestimating it a bit, cause I think the timing is right, considering we won't see new games releasing on a constant basis for at least month and a half on the PS4 so it might benefit from it, but it will get forgetten until it hits the bargain bin to have good enough legs.
And I am willing to bet that Definitive Edition won't even sell 2 million copies combined not to mention "a couple of millions" by the end of 2017 so we have a marked deadline.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
Greatness Awaits!
waiting for a price cut. Good thing that S-E is the publisher.
It's the favourite game for fanboys right now and even for many who didn't care about the initial release a year ago where there was no difference to care about so that it wouldn't shock me if it would sell a lot to those people who start to like something just because it isn't the same as on another console.
When it was first released it didn't get as much attention as now even if it is pretty much the same game just with better visuals...(and i think some dlc or so)
1.- Outselling anything on Wii U is not an achievement.
2.- Buying a re-release is nothing to be proud.

Did you also assume pokemon X and Y owners are the same?
| Salnax said: If that's the case, it says more bad things about Xbox One and PS4 owners than about Wii U owners. |
How so? If several people didnt play TR for various reasons or if they did but want to pass time on the PS4. What does Wind Waker HD say about WiiU owners?
