GTA SA is still the best but GTA 5 was really good, good characters with very varied missions.

The only one that can be overrated is GTA 4. Niko Bellic lacked personality and the map was boring. The game was not very fun compared to San Andreas.

Basically any franchise that gets tons of press and hype and sells truckloads of copies for each installment is usually labeled "overrated". By extension... Pokemon is overrated, Mario is overrated, Halo is overrated, GT is overrated, FIFA is overrated, etc.

You know what's overrated to me? Less popular games and franchises that are always deemed "underrated" by overzealous gamers who try to push them on everyone else and make people feel guilty for not having even heard of said games let alone played them.

Because I have better standards.  It is outdated, still using same template from GTAIII.

so what,if it's not broke why fix it? You can say the same thing about the cod games, and several other popular games,but people still seem to buy them in droves. If it's so outdated,then why do alot of games copy the gta forumla.  saints row,sleeping dogs and the AC games to a lesser extent. does a game have to be %100 fresh and new and orginal in it's design and gameplay for you to play it? Well,good luck with that mr. better standards.
