Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One for $349.99?????

I don't know about you guys but the Xbox One is over priced and I refuse to get one until there a few price cut!

How long will I have to wait to get an Xbox One w/Kinect 2.0 @ $349.99????

maybe next black friday if you are lucky. official price will be maybe 399 then (depends also how ps4 will sell next year) and retailers could sell the console for 399 with a new game (which is close to 349 without game) but that is obviously only a guess...if the gap between ps4, wii u and xbox one won't be too big, maybe only in 2015.

Just a wild guess here. But I'd say three or four years.

I hope you're a patient person.

Like any of us know.

I just wish they had never stuck the kinect in there :/ If i could buy just an X1 for $350/$400 it'd definitely be very appealing, but like hell i'm spending an extra $100 (well, $130 in the UK) on an extra peripheral i will never plug in ¬_¬

Why u do diss MS ;-;

Microsoft isn't known for charitable price drops if they know their console can sell. Every move Microsoft makes really depends on how well Sony does. If Sony doesn't do as well Microsoft doesn't change anything. If Sony's WW numbers are greater than Microsoft by a margin that scares them, expect a price drop now and if it widens in the future expect it across two and a half years.

Two to three years from now, unless they make the Kinect an optional add-on before that.

PS4 could be $350 next year.

My 8th gen collection

It's amazing how well the Xbox one is selling considering the fact that it's $100.00 more then PS4. The Kinect doesn't add anything to the gameplay experience and there really hasn't been any game that showcase the power of Kinect as a gaming peripheral. The Kinect bundled with Xbox one should only cost an extra $50 not worth the extra $100.

I bet the Titan fall - Xbox One bundle will retail at $499, while the Xbox One get a price cut to $449.99 in March 2014.

Price cuts don't come unless you're struggling. And 2014-2015 are gonna be great years for gaming. You'll see Halo and Titanfall Xbox One Black Friday 2014 deals for 400 but a standard price drop won't happen unless it ends up being another Wii U.

A $150 price cut is a long time away, probably a few years.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!
