Sony needs a new big JRPG to get their momentum back.
FFXV may do the job

The PS4 is a little too oriented towards Western gamers at the moment, so it's hard to say that the system is going to do gangbusters in Japan until FFXV or KHIII come to the system. Hell, this year the PS3 will likely outsell it over the holidays given that Persona 5 is coming to PS3 and not PS4.
Though it's not like the Wii U is going to do a whole lot better over there either, but it will likely do better than the PS4 at least until FFXV comes out, which probably won't be until late 2015. I think the Wii U will start to really pick up again once the summer ends and Hyrule Warriors as well as the All-In-One edition of Dragon Quest X are released.

So the games able to resurrect PS4 on Japan are FFXV and KHIII. But aren't they going to be multiplat? I don't know it they will go to the Vita, XBone and WiiU, can someone tell me, please?

XboxOne is the only platform both games are confirmed to be developed for.

Oh, I thought the Vita would get at least FFXV (bigger userbase, love handheld and JRPG), and the WiiU the KHIII (disney characters and an existing fanbase, the KH on nintendo handhelds).
I knew this was a necro-bumped thread before I even entered it!

While many would argue for both of those being logical (I know someone in particular that will argue until he's blue in the face for KH) as of yet the only two confirmed platforms for both of these titles are PS4 and XboxOne.

Yup. One reason to revive the thread.
