Doslikes Smash Bros Direct for being about Smash Bros... I dont even...

Also the WiiU version wanst delayed, it has never been given a release and so cant be delayed. The split release however is far from moronic, it allows them to receive more sales as people are more likely to buy both versions months apart than at the same time. They were also smart to release the 3DS version first as its the inferior version and is less likely to be bought alongside the WiiU copy.

Naturally if a Direct focuses entirely on a game from a series I dislike, I'll dislike it.

And it is moronic to prioritise Smash for a system that's doing well over Smash for a system that's on life support.

I think it was wise to release the 3DS version first. Now I'm going to buy it whilst I wait for the Wii U version. And I bet I'm not the only one. It may even shift a few 3DSs.

I think what this probably tells us is that the big Nintendo reveal at E3 is going to be their Skylanders style game in order to sell Xmas Wii Us to families. And Smash is going to be there for the older crowd. Although I'm still hopeful for Zelda.
