Technical gap is smaller than ps3-360 where the resolutions were almost always the same and the framerate differences were 2-3 FPS at best, while we see 50% more pixels and 40% better framerate between ps4-xbox1. Some people really live in a fantasy world.

Yeah, because the number of pixels define how good the visuals are...
Wipeout HD is the best looking PS3 game CONFIRMED!

Ninja Gaiden II ran at 60FPS, The Last of Us had only 30 FPS. Ninja Gaiden II has better visuals. #fact!

The only people living in a fantasy world are the ones that try to see the PS4 like the PC version on Ultra settings.
This ONE GAME looks almost identical. No differences you would actually notice during gameplay. Xbox One seems to have better textures, PS4 seems to have better AA.

The differences between both consoles will be tiny and BF4 proves me right.

No reasoning, just facts:

Seriously, you don't know what you are talking about. First you claimed that the technical differences between the consoles is the smallest ever. The resolution and framerate are the key things to measure the technical differences since everything else are made in parity (not the artstyle) this is a multiplatform game afterall. Yet we now know that ps4 produces almost 60% MORE pixels with a much HIGHER framerate. The fact that ps4 is actually outperforms xbone by MORE than 50%  is actually surprising. The comparisons you used are rubbish and doesn't applicable to this case. Ninja Gaiden has a higher framerate than the Last of Us, sure but the games share absolutely nothing. We are talking about the SAME game here.

This confirms that An exclusive ps4 game that has a resolution and framerate parity with a xbone exclusive (let's say 720p and 30fps) will look a gen apart lol.

So why are there some parts of BF4 that look better on Xbox One than on PS4, even when PS4 has 50% more pixels?
Look at the pic with the ground textures (or lack of for PS4) for example.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Interesting, you see these games as a gen apart? gta vice city vs gta IV. those two are a gen apart. and you don't have to put on glasses take a screen shot and zoom in to see why. the upcoming gen and the current gen in terms of graphics arent a gen apart as the standard of being a gen apart has been established. slightly improved graphics is all this next gen gets. some current gen titles will look better than some next gen games. I don't think that has ever been the case in gereration  skips.

Nope. From what I've seen the Xbox version looks much, much better. You can't measure pixes, but you can certainly measure textures, and thats what the XBO version is far superior on.

How do you measure textures? And why can't you measure pixels?

Well, since the Xbox One costs half the PS4 price in Brazil, a thhousand dollars less, it still is more attractive to me. But I will wait to see what kind of fitness games the Kinect 2 can pull out, they say the thing is pretty acurate

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Well according to the article:

Ground textures appear different during the campaign mode, with variations of the same texture being planted in the same spot. Neither one is especially greater in detail, suggesting these tiles are partially randomised, much like the soldier camo designs on our character's arms.

From the Digital Foundry article:

Otherwise, differences between the two fall into nit-pick territory. Ground textures appear different during the campaign mode, with variations of the same texture being planted in the same spot. Neither one is especially greater in detail, suggesting these tiles are partially randomised, much like the soldier camo designs on our character's arms. The PS4 does on occasion suffer from a slight delay in drawing in higher textures, and likewise, the lens flare effect in some scripted driving scenes on the Shanghai level fails to materialise. These are rare and subtle contrasts; otherwise, all lighting effects such as god rays, bokeh depth of field, shadows and physics are indistinguishable between the two - also true of draw distance on minor objects for massive 64-player online maps.

As pointed out in the DF article, each console has the upper hand in certain cases when it comes to textures, no one seems to be better overall (their words). Most of the shots are also from DF, they admitted that their recording sucked.

And what does it mean ps4 multiplayer looking better than xbox one single player confirmed by jackfrags?

Just watch the videos... or wait to see in your HDTV but I can see the PS4 MP looking better than Xbone SP with a high quality video... aliasing in 60fps make the things looks worst than what they are.

Why do fanboys claim they have the superior version of the game (PS4) when they don't (PC)
