Oh I hope not. Tropical Freeze is one of my most anticipated titles.

They need MK this christmas so it makes sense to get in some extra manpower from retro, and then delay this game. Or maybe their just upping the quality of the game.

That would seem like a smart move. I never understood why Nintendo was so intent on releasing both Mario 3D World and DKC this holiday season. On top of having just gotten Rayman, too. And the DKC game on 3DS a few months ago.

Also, MK8 would be stellar; that franchise is a system seller if ever there was one. Getting MK8 around december and DKCTF in spring would make far more sense than the other way around, imo.

If it gets delayed it won`t be so bad and it would allow to keep the momentum going after the holidays.
Maybe Nintendo has something else planned and sees that DK could help more after the holidays.


Soundwave, you work in the media business? I ask because normally only the media and devs are invited to E3.

Maybe after making WSC with online multiplayer, Nintendo realized online multiplayer may help other games as well and decided to include it in TF.

      I hope MK8 will have  a Double Dash mode or something. That would make me even more hyped.

Another game delayed for 2014? C'mon Nintendo! You need everything for this year!
