That would seem like a smart move. I never understood why Nintendo was so intent on releasing both Mario 3D World and DKC this holiday season. On top of having just gotten Rayman, too. And the DKC game on 3DS a few months ago.
Also, MK8 would be stellar; that franchise is a system seller if ever there was one. Getting MK8 around december and DKCTF in spring would make far more sense than the other way around, imo.
