My opinion: Microsoft said before 8 times better and 10 times better... so now the rumor about the clock downgrade in the GPU is becaming even more real... three times is close to 900 GLOPS with the downgraded clock.

The PS4 and 720 were SUPPOSED to be a roughly 15fold increase in power over the PS360. THIS would make the One weaker than the Wii U.
