At the Jimmy Fallon show during the Xbone Forza Demo... Phil Spencer said.
"Absolutely not. Xbox One is three times the power of what the Xbox 360 was. You’ve got incredible graphics, incredible physics, incredible sound."

My opinion: Microsoft said before 8 times better and 10 times better... so now the rumor about the clock downgrade in the GPU is becaming even more real... three times is close to 900 GLOPS with the downgraded clock.
UPDATED: The video... I guess the KI graphcis was better at E3.
UPDATE 2: Phil Spencer said it was a mistake.
