How many 360's is the PS4 again ethomaz?

The PS4 and 720 were SUPPOSED to be a roughly 15fold increase in power over the PS360. THIS would make the One weaker than the Wii U.

lol no, unless you want the consoles costing $2000.

Nope. 7770 level GPU in XOne is 8x 360 (which MS pretty much confirmed). PS4 is 12x 360.

But I'm sure there will be certain individuals here who still believe that 7th to 8th gen jump is not so big that will call this crazy talk. ;)

PS4 = 1.84TFLOPS / 240GFLOPS = ~7.5x

Xbone = 1.2TFLOPS / 240GFLOPS = ~5x
Xbone = 900GLOPS / 240GLOPS = ~3.5x * downgrade rumor

12x lol

Et tu ethomaz? ;)

Dude, never compare FLOPS of two different architectures and make conclusions from that - PS4/XOne are GCN, 360 is old VLIW5.

Here, this will help, it's represents aggregate of lot of benchmarks for gfx cards, so comparison is pretty easy with it (360 is around 12VP):

I don't recall you saying that when haters compared the imaginary and uncornfirmed FLOP number for wii u vs ps360 and psone.

It was ported from Arcade to Snes because it was a huge success. And it kept that wave still in Snes

Global sales (in millions of units) per game

I removed the sales to the post fit better.

You said the KI was a massive arcade success... that's part I disagree... neither Mortal Kombat was a massive arcade success but MK have more success than KI.

SNES sales will not change that.

It have success? of course... massive? no.

Street Fighter is a franchise with massive Arcade success... just compare.

Killer Instinct is a free download?

This doesn't sound like a game, but a demo.....MS could do so much more with Rare, looks like one of my biggest reasons to own a One just went out the window...

it's not even developed by rare.

There was just two KI launched on consoles and they were more successful than MK ones launched in the same time frame.

Where were you between 94-96? Brasil?

In the arcades around US that Killer I. was very successful. Why do you think most of the gaming media gave it an extensive coverage and people were crying tears of joy?

Street fighter is an older franchise, before KI entered the gaming scene they had multiple versions of the game out.

Everywhere I go where there's fighting game enthusiasts around Killer Instinct is mentioned as the revolutionary franchise that had the best combo system.

Co-developed.

But who cares, this Rare is not Rareware.

KI on consoles sold more than MK? That's not true.

You know VGC didn't have the data for the first MK on SNES for example.

And no KI was never a massive arcade success.

What was the reason for KI to be ported from Arcade to Consoles?

First MK was not that popular, I'll tell you that. MK2 put MK franchise in the map. KI on Snes sold more than MK3 and KI Gold sold more than MK4 on N64.

Those were KI two console releases; refute my analogy if you wish.

MK not popular... are you kidding? The first MK puts MK franchise in the map.

And even unknown fighting games are ported from Arcade to Concoles lol.

You're just arguing for the sake of it uh?

Tell me which fighting game was more successful than KI upon transition from Arcade to Consoles. I'm talking about the same game, not sequel that had ridden the arcade success wave.

Buy any MK collection and you see if you'll find MK1. What do people talk about when it comes to MK nostalgia? Mk2 and Mk3.
