So if Nintendo says “We are publishing Bayo 2 on PS3/360.” Then it will happen. So please go ask them, not us... i had to laugh because can you imagine Nintendo putting one of their games on a competitor system?.. if someone ask Nintendo to put these games on the ps3 or 360, i reckon Nintendo would laugh in you're face. lol

And somehow EA also managed to get ME1 on PS3 (albeit very late).

Though who owns the Wonderful 101 IP ? I'm not sure about that.

ME1 wasn't funded by MS as far as I know.

Hardly. Sega actually cancelled Bayonetta 2 project and the game wouldn´t even exist if Nintendo had not jumped in. By the way, Sega cancelled many games.
