Forums - Gaming - I hate those huge threads

I agree. Some threads sprawl to too great of a degree. I think it's better to go with game-focused threads rather than console or company-focused ones.

I can agree with the Vita thread. It moves too quickly and a lot of the stuff is just...well I dunno.

But with other official threads, they tend to remain topical. I know with the ones I do I put the update in the thread title, and then update the OP accordingly with the news. So if you're posting and merely looking at the first page, it'll be topical.

Either that or just skip to the last page, really. Official threads rarely go off-topic because they only consist of people who own and love the game. At least in my experience.

Thank you for that.

These threads are very useful to not lose the information and talk about it and more, unlike in some threads which disappear quickly, the information is in the title, if you want more informations about the news, you ask to people on the thread, difficult isnt it ?

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

These big thread are some work for the thread-starter: if they do update the OP (or first reserved posts) accordingly they can work. But usually I don't bother and would agree with you.
