I would sacrifice MS for a glass of water. They gave us the achievement now they can let SEGA come back...is what I would say if I wanted to "troll" as some call it. I love MS and everything they do is what I'm supposed to say apparently.

Nintendo - Great cheaper "secondary/last-gen" 1st party titles
Sega - Amazing next gen 1st party titles/innovations
MS - Amazing XBLA stuff, Live

Thats really sad, hopefully they will get their act together, they are sitting on so many great IPs. Shen Mue is just the tip of the Iceberg.

I would probably trade a child for Shenmue 3.  I don't have any so I can't tell you definitively that I would, but I think so.  I would at least trade the entirety of Sony 1st Party releases (even though I would miss God of War BADLY) for Shenmue 3.

A lot of MS hate in this thread.

Anyhow, the Sega we loved at one time is dead. We don't need the new Sega putting out hardware. It would be a disaster.

What we have now is good. Sony and MS are great competition, they force each other to constantly raise the bar. NIntendo does their own little thing and I like they exist even though I don't much care for their games.

If SEGA could get back their workers that left for the likes of Nuaghty Dog or went independant, then they could be a force again.

PLUS......... extra money & Yu Suzuki given freedom to make a game= Shenmue 3


If anyone should die for the sake of SEGA it should be Sony since the reason SEGA died was due to Sony enterting the console race and sucking up all the market. Nintendo and Sega were rivals, but neither came close to killing the other. Sony killed Sega and damaged Nintendo so badly only motion controls saved them. MS was a friend of SEGA and even partnered to put WinCE on the Dreamcast.
